Now to start it follow the following steps,
1. Go to local disk C.
2. Then go to program files x86 or where you have installed it.
3. Find mingw.
4. Click enter, till you find bin.
5. After finding bin, click enter.
6. And then copy text at the top bar as address.
7. Go to settings.
8. Then head to advanced system settings.
9. Then click on Environmental Variables.
10. Find variable 'Path' and click edit.
11. Then paste your adress.
12. click ok,
