There are few steps which will help you get out of that problem
1. First open your mobile.
2. Open 'settings'
3. Then go to 'application' or application manager depending on your mobile.
4. Then swipe your finger from Right to left and go to the top option All.
5. Then move to Google play store.
6. Then click on button Clear Cache.
7. Press back and then go to Google Play services.
8. Do the same and clear cache.
9. check if it has started working.
10. if no then also clear data along with cache memory.
Hope these methods will be sufficient for getting rid of this problem.
